Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were spotted getting cozy during Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour on Saturday night at MetLife Stadium, according to an eyewitness who spoke exclusively to Page Six. The insider revealed that the on-again, off-again couple were “very physical” during the show, with Mendes even kissing Cabello on the shoulder at one point. They were also seen cuddling up with each other, with Mendes having his arms around Cabello.
Early Arrival in VIP Area
Mendes and Cabello were some of the first celebrities to arrive in the VIP area of the venue, even before Phoebe Bridgers’ opening set. People in the audience reportedly looked away from the stage and back at the couple, cheering for them as they spotted them in the crowd.
A Brief Breakup
Mendes and Cabello began dating in the summer of 2019 and quarantined together during the coronavirus pandemic the following year. However, the couple announced their breakup in November 2021 in a joint Instagram statement, saying that they had decided to end their romantic relationship but would continue to be best friends.
Rekindled Relationship
Despite their breakup, Mendes and Cabello were spotted smooching at Coachella one year later, with a source telling Page Six in April that they were “hanging out again.” The couple has since been photographed holding hands in New York City and cuddling up ahead of a Los Angeles improv show.
Other A-listers, including Cara Delevingne and her girlfriend Leah Mason, Jack Antonoff, Molly Ringwald, and Lin-Manuel Miranda, also attended Swift’s star-studded New Jersey show on Saturday, two months after she kicked off her Eras Tour.
