This change in sports loyalty comes as Lynn, alongside another former Dolphins cheerleader named Lilly Robbins, has entered into a promotional partnership with the New York Jets to endorse Game Time Watches.

Dave, a former Democratic member of the Florida Senate, did not align himself as a devout supporter of President Donald Trump, unlike his staunch Republican ex-wife Lynn. The release highlighted Lynn’s support for Trump and her sense of isolation within their marriage due to Dave’s left-leaning political stance.

In an interview with Page Six, Lynn expressed that her decision to align herself with the Jets was partially motivated by a desire to aggravate Dave. She stated, “Dave appears almost daily on MSNBC and other like-minded media to spin Trump’s legal proceedings in the worst way possible. While our battles regarding Trump were super-intense, me donning the green and white [Jets colors] in his face should definitely take our differences to a whole new level.” Despite the rivalry, Lynn emphasized that “we know what time it is” at the end of the day, implying that their bond remains intact.
Dave’s Twitter feed provides a glimpse into his strong alignment with the Dolphins and his disdain for the Jets. In one of his tweets, he shared, “In NYC for a conference. It’s cold and rainy here, but watching (on TV) the #Fins beat the #Jets warms my heart.” The tweet showcases his unwavering support for the Dolphins and his lack of enthusiasm for their rival team.
