The couple was photographed sitting together on a bench, with Portman’s head down, and Millepied looking at her.
The photographs were taken amidst rumours of Millepied’s alleged affair with 25-year-old Camille Étienne. Last week, Page Six reported that Millepied was fighting to save his marriage to Portman. The couple separated last year but worked through their issues to reconcile. However, rumours of Millepied’s infidelity have put a strain on their relationship.
A source close to the couple informed Page Six that Millepied is doing everything he can to save his marriage and that Portman is focused on protecting their children. Portman is known for being private about her personal life, so she has not publicly commented on the rumours.
French magazine Voici shared pictures of Millepied and Étienne entering his office separately on May 24 and leaving two hours later, ten minutes apart. They alleged that Millepied was spending time with the climate activist and that Portman learned about the affair in early March.
Since the rumours of Millepied’s infidelity have surfaced, Portman has been spotted around Paris without her husband. She was seen smiling while watching a soccer game between Paris Saint-Germain and Clermont Foot 63 at the Parc des Princes stadium and attending the 2023 French Open. Throughout the tennis tournament, Portman was seen wearing her 4-carat, Jamie Wolf-designed wedding ring.
Millepied, too, has been seen without Portman. He attended the screening of his first movie, “Carment,” in Paris without his wife.
Portman and Millepied met in 2009 on the set of “Black Swan,” which Millepied choreographed. In 2012, they tied the knot in Big Sur, California, and have two children together, son Aleph, 12, and daughter Amalia, 6.
