Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good were spotted shopping for rugs together in Los Angeles on Friday. The couple stopped at Modern Rugs, where they looked at designer carpets that can cost more than $13,000. Majors, who is facing ongoing legal trouble, wore a casual outfit consisting of a black hoodie, sweatpants, and sneakers. Good, on the other hand, wore gray biker shorts paired with a matching cardigan, a black beanie, and white sneakers.
The “Creed III” star and the “Think Like a Man” actress have been seen spending a lot of time together over the past few weeks. Last month, they were photographed dining at a Red Lobster with Good’s mom and older sister. The group was seen trying to conceal their faces while heading to their car after enjoying their meals inside the restaurant.
Days before this, Majors and Good were seen holding hands as they boarded a flight from New York City to Los Angeles. Sources told TMZ that their romance was “fairly new” and that they had “gotten close” over the last few weeks.
While Majors’ new romance seems to be heating up, he is still facing several misdemeanor assault charges surrounding an alleged domestic violence incident with his ex-girlfriend. The actor was initially arrested in March on charges that included alleged strangulation. He was released on his own recognizance with an order of protection.
Although the strangulation charge has been dropped, Majors still faces charges of misdemeanor assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and harassment. His attorney, Priya Chaudhry, has denied that her client has committed any wrongdoing and claimed that he is actually the victim of physical assault by his ex-girlfriend. The attorney also submitted video footage into evidence that featured the alleged victim partying at Loosie’s Nightclub at the Moxy Hotel in Manhattan shortly after the alleged fight had occurred.
Despite the ongoing legal troubles, Majors and Good seem to be enjoying each other’s company. They have not publicly confirmed their relationship but have been seen together multiple times over the past few weeks.
