Over the weekend, two of Gisele Bündchen’s ex-boyfriends, Tom Brady and Leonardo DiCaprio, were spotted hanging out on a yacht in Sardinia. The “Departed” actor has been hopping from yacht to yacht for about a week following the Cannes Film Festival, and most recently, he was seen shirtless while hanging out with his guy friends near the Italian island. It seems like the occasion was a birthday bash for their friend, Bert Hedaya.
Avoiding Awkwardness
Despite the fact that Leo and Gisele dated for over five years in the early 2000s before she got married to Brady, the two exes didn’t seem to be awkward around each other. In a group photo posted on Miami hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman’s Instagram stories, the two were seen standing about 25 feet away from each other. It appears that they were both enjoying their free time and keeping their options open.
Celebrating a Birthday
It’s unclear whether Brady and DiCaprio were close friends before the yacht trip, but they appeared to be having a great time together. The event was a birthday celebration for their mutual friend, Bert Hedaya, and the group seemed to be enjoying their time on the yacht.
A Fun Time at Sea
In addition to the group photo, Grutman also posted a solo shot alongside Brady, with the quarterback joking that he was “ready for my hospitality internship.” It’s always interesting when celebrities from different worlds collide, and it seems like this yacht trip was a fun time at sea for everyone involved. While some might have expected some tension between Brady and DiCaprio, the two exes seemed to have put any past drama behind them and were just enjoying the moment.
